yossieI had never had it before and thought "someday..." but I found it at Morishita Sake Shop in Toba when I heard that Mr. Fujioka, the toji (master brewer), had quit.
It has a good balance of sweetness and spiciness, and when you think it's sharp, it leaves a sweet aroma in your throat 🙂🍸🍸🙂🍸 I'm glad I got it in time.
