We had it with cubes, iburi gakko, and salmon skin chips. It was very smooth, a little fizzy and had a great mouthfeel. The flavor of the rice was rich and sweet without being overpowering, making it easy to drink. It was also great with smoked salmon and was delicious. I couldn't change the photo, so I reposted it.
