At Nagahoribashi "Bosei".
According to the owner, the sake is made by the toji (master brewer) who made Jyushiyo and chose the rice to make it.
Ah, it's delicious.

However, I forgot to write down my impressions of the sake, as they kept serving me hidden sake one after another.
But it was delicious, and although it wasn't sweet, I didn't think it was dry either, and it was very easy to drink, almost like a Jyushiyo (I vaguely remember).
Rather than pairing it with something else, it just seemed to be the general's recommendation.
I'm happy with that, though.
