I started drinking sake when I drank a bottle of Yukino Kayasha at my favorite soba noodle restaurant in my neighborhood. Thinking back, this was probably the first time I drank a good cold sake.
It seemed to keep well at room temperature, so I bought it and kept it at home for a while, but I hadn't had it for a while, so I opened the bottle.
It had the same mild sweetness, moderate acidity, and bitterness that impressed me when I first encountered it.
Japanese sake is of such high quality.
