Lord Toshiie Maeda Junmai Ginjo
The aroma was smoky. It was muffled and had a strange aroma that I have never smelled before in sake.
However, it was very tasty and easy to drink like water, without any peculiarities. The smoky aftertaste again slipped into my nose.
As the description says it goes well with Nodoguro, it was easy to drink as if to pour off the fat. Very tasty.
