I'm back from a business trip. I'm on the shinkansen.
I couldn't come home late last night, so I came home in the morning. It's already noon...
I bought this at an antenna shop of Kagawa which I found on the way to Tokyo.
This color. I didn't notice it when I bought it, but it's an aged color.
The aroma also has an aged smell.
It has a little bit of sweetness, but it's a simple sake with only this matured aroma coming through the nose.
I think it is a good sake with few peculiarities.
When describing a good sake, we say that it has a complex flavor, but this is a sake where you can enjoy the aged aroma.
I'm not a fan of aged sake, but I think this one is delicious.
