I found it at Yoshiike in Okachimachi, Tokyo, and brought it home because of the interesting comments on the label.
Himenoi is a four-step brewing process using glutinous rice, so it is sweet in general. But it was not unpleasantly sweet, so I fell in love with it.
I had the yami first, and I liked the sweetness but not too much, with a clean aftertaste.
