I had always wanted to go to a Yamagata restaurant, and this was also the Tatenogawa that had been on my mind for a long time recently. I chose this dry sake because it was to be served with a Japanese-style meal, but it is indeed a Junmai Daiginjo. Even though it was dry, it had a strong flavor, and although I felt some thickening, there was not much sweetness, so the taste was very refreshing. It is difficult to describe the taste of sake, but I thought it was simply a very luxurious drink! Next time I would like to try a sweet sake or a dry sake that is not junmai daiginjo!
