It is different from the aroma of rice like a normal Junmai Daiginjo.
The mouthfeel is refreshing and you don't feel the alcohol so much. However, the aftertaste remains strong and has a strong presence!
If you let it sit for a few days, the aroma will soften, but the flavor will increase.
