The aroma is different from the first bottle, with no sweet aroma and a hint of sourness. The mouthfeel is dry and acidic, giving the impression of a slightly peculiar sake...(*⊙ω⊙`)
Somehow, it might be good to sip it with a little habitual aroma...maybe there is also a heshiko. (*▽▽*)
