A small family-run brewery located in the mountainous area of Urakiso, even in Nakatsugawa City, Gifu Prefecture.
Because of its small production volume, it is not often seen even in the local area.
I was introduced to this sake by a liquor store as a sake suitable for heating.
The sake rice is Hidahomare.
It certainly does better when heated, and you can smell the aroma of the hinoki cypress in the brewing vat.
It has a sharp aftertaste when heated.
