My wife gave me Kuheiji as a gift to celebrate my passing the customs broker exam, to which I devoted all this summer.
I don't often touch junmai daiginjo myself because I think it is too sweet, but this Kuheiji is delicious.
It is not too sweet, but rather has an elegant taste with a perfect balance of sourness and bitterness.
I will record it as a special flavor.
