ミドサー酒呑童子
The color is slightly golden, with a faint ginjo aroma.
In the mouth, a subtle ginjo aroma and acidity that seems to be of the capsule type spread, followed by the sweetness and umami of the rice. The full-bodied, moderately bitter taste is followed by a pungent spiciness.
The use of Koshihikari rice, which is used for food, made me think it would have a peculiar taste, but surprisingly, it has no corners and is easy to drink.
Although we drank it cold, it would also be delicious at room temperature or lukewarm.
Note: On the fifth day after opening the bottle, I began to taste a hint of young melon in the middle of the flavor.
