"Junmai" and "Junmai Ginjo" are no longer used in the Kaze no Mori series, and all are labeled "Junmai Nara-shu". All sake in the Kaze no Mori series are now labeled "Junmai Nara-shu," which is the name for the rice polishing ratio and the yeast used. The "80" means 80% polished rice percentage and the "7" indicates yeast No. 7."
