It has a great ginjo aroma, but is crisp and a little dry.
I never felt that it was lacking.
I thought I didn't like freshly pressed sake, but
I was surprised to find such a delicious freshly pressed sake.
I want to meet this sake again...
I wonder if I will ever go back to Tokushima Prefecture...
