This sake is from Matsumoto, Nagano Prefecture. The brewery is located at the foot of the mountains east of Matsumoto Castle. This sake is rarely seen in Osaka. I had a hard time and finally bought the label! I felt the strength was a little big at room temperature, but But when cooled down It has a good balance of strength and aroma. It was so easy to drink! 1873-03 Junmai Ginjo Genshu 1873-03, the third in the 1873 series, is a junmai ginjo-ginshu that is pressed in winter and aged at low temperatures until early autumn.
