しんじょう
The dry-sweet meter on the label is a maxed-out Junmai cup|``Omega) Chila.
It's quite colorful, but not so robust and light.
There is a little acidity and the flavor comes out well when it is heated, but when it is cold, it has a slightly ripe, light sweetness and a bit of astringency.
It's versatile, and it's better to have a hit than a single one.
From cold to hot, puffing and old man's breath escapes me, so I'd like to enjoy it comfortably in the hustle and bustle of a public izakaya!
