On the palate, there is a full-bodied sweetness on the attack, but as it spreads out, a fine acidity emerges, and the second half is surprisingly firm and dry. The aftertaste has a sweet flavor like mochi (rice cake) or chocolate, and the aroma in the aftertaste is like that of unfiltered raw sake.
