The combination of Tominokoh (a rice variety bred by Toyama Prefecture for sake brewing) and Haneya was a good one to try! So I bought it. It sounded good when I opened the bottle and I was told that it had won the Kuramaster 2024 Jury Award (Junmai-shu category). It is made from 78% Yamadanishiki O Oyamanishiki and 22% Yamadanishiki. Polishing ratio 60%, 16% alcohol by volume. A gorgeous, well-balanced sake. As always.
