Ine to Agave稲とリンゴとホップ 01

It's been a while since I've had 稻 and agave.
This time it's a collaboration of a very tasty hop and a slightly more subtle apple, in my opinion.
The hops are CRYO Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Citra, which are very commonly used in trendy Hazy IPAs.
Regardless of the taste, the reddish-purple color is very pretty!
The aroma is very fruity and sweet with a hint of grape, but the hops are more dominant.
The aroma is richer and more complex than the hops, with a hint of apple.
The taste is similar to that of Ye and Hop, but on a higher level.
It tastes like grape juice with a rich umami flavor that is both deep and naturally delicious.
It's really amazing!
Compared to the mang and hops, the sourness of the apples probably adds to the freshness and sharpness, and the overall balance and perfection is very high.
I personally recommend this one among the Mai and Agave.
