I found Seiryunen and bought it without hesitation, even though it wasn't planned.
I've been drinking a lot of different kinds of sake lately, and I haven't had Iyo Kagiya for a while.
The label design is really cool and elaborate!
This time it's called "Uraraka / REI", and I heard that it will be made according to the four seasons, so I'm glad to have three more to look forward to this year!
The mouthfeel is surprisingly full of sweetness, and the impression of sweetness remains rather than the flavor of the rice, which is different from the last one.
It seems to go well with meat and other foods with strong flavors rather than fish.
Maybe I felt that way because I compared it with Kameman Junmai Ginjo.
The last one had a high alcohol content, so I got drunk quickly, but this one is fine.
But the result is the same because I drink too much in the end
