The aroma is apple-like sourness and sweetness. In the mouth, a soft and gentle sweetness spreads over a chili gas sensation. In the second half, the sweetness quickly recedes, and the sake is light and crisp without dragging on the sweetness. It was a delicious sake with a beautiful sweetness that was a model for others to follow.
