Little OlafJunmai Ginjo was my boom, and I used to drink it cold all the time, but since it was the season for hot sake, I tried my hand at Yamahai Junmai. I wasn't as crazy about it as I was about the ginjo-shu, but I preferred it at room temperature without heating up.
