Re-printed. The ordinary Shinkame is sweet "generally spicy (lol)" and Mahojin is really spicy when drunk cold, fully fermented, with the scent of dead grass... When heated to around 60℃, the umami spreads and sweetness comes out, and it slowly finishes on the tongue.
It is a strong, ripe, delicious sake with a clean, crisp taste like a ginjo, overturning the image that Gohyakumangoku sake is hard, sharp, and poor. Ihyakumangoku is delicious!
