This sake has a refined sweetness, as if only the sweetness was extracted from the taste of strawberries and the rest was stripped away, combined with the robust umami of the rice. The sweetness and umami come at the same time, yet they seem to be in perfect harmony. The gorgeous and elegant top-fragrance before drinking was also quite impressive.
