It has a gorgeous mouthfeel.
It may be classified as a sweet type, but it's refreshing with alcohol, so it goes perfectly with food.
I paired it with sweet tuna, raw oysters, and chicken sashimi, but it's versatile enough to go with all of them.
I think it goes well with anything, not to mention seafood!
