While it has a fruity and sweet taste, it is dry, light and refreshing on the palate. It is a well-balanced sake in terms of aroma, taste, and cost performance.
If you drink it cold, you can easily feel the pungency, so it goes well with sashimi or meat dishes with strong seasoning.
If it is warmed or lukewarmed, I would like to try it with boiled fish.
I would like to buy another brand from the same brewery next time.
