This is a repeat of the sake that I chose as one of the 10 best sake of the first half of the year in 2021. This is my favorite of the different yeast series. It smells and tastes like muscat. It is a little powerful and alcoholic, but the sweetness and bitterness are perfect. It's still good. I looked at the last review I posted, but I had similar impressions, and it seems my ability to express myself has not progressed. 🙀

Thank you for your comment, T.KISO. It's a maniacal combination of white koji and No.8 yeast, which you don't see very often, but I'm hooked. Please note that I myself am quite fond of dark sweet type😋.
