This brand, which is not often posted on Sake-no-wa, is a hidden masterpiece. It is a rare sake that is rarely seen in Tokyo or Osaka, or perhaps it is a truly local sake. I am satisfied with it.
I have the impression that there are many really good all-purpose sake from Kochi, such as Drunken Whale and Tsukibotan, that are calm and easy to drink. Of course, this Mute Mukan is one of them.
