It was a souvenir from my sister and her husband who went on a trip to Nara. It's been a long time since I've been happy with Kaze no Mori. The aroma is of ripe pears. In the mouth, it has a strong effervescence with a complex combination of rice flavor, ripe fruit-like sweetness, and minerality, which is typical of Kaze no Mori. From the mid-palate, it has a dry aftertaste. It is juicy, yet crisp, and good to drink. It was a very tasty sake.
