It is made by the same company that produces Hinode Mirin.
It is a reasonably priced sake that can often be found in the sake section of supermarkets in Hyogo Prefecture, priced around 1,000 yen.
Rich and sweet! The rich sweetness spreads quickly, like cheesecake. The spiciness that rises sharply and pierces through the spread of sweetness. It is a sake with a very crisp taste.
How about when it is warmed up?
The yogurt-like sourness and sweetness quickly rise and disappear. After that, the deep, rich sweetness and spiciness remain. It is a taste that will take care of the accompaniments.
This is a sake for warming up! It is also quite good value for money.
I enjoyed this sake while watching the election specials on the news.
As a poor drinker, I would like to be able to work hard enough to keep my body and mind in good shape, earn enough money to drink good sake once in a while, be protected from Corona and the recession by the breweries, producers, bars, and liquor stores that serve good sake and snacks, and not have to deal with the government when I'm drunk sometimes. I hope there will be freedom and peace (even this level of wish is getting harder and harder to achieve).
