The aroma is strong and penetrating to the nose. When you put it in your mouth, you feel a strong sweetness that is quite robust and almost heavy. The aftertaste is relatively light, but after a beat, the taste of sake spreads slightly on the palate. The overall taste is quite sweet. I think that most sake from Kyushu is sweeter than dry.
