I took a sip and thought it was sweeter than I expected.
I thought it was a refreshing sake like water.
It has a strong sweetness and umami, but does not lose its balance. (**ω`*)
Would it go well with refreshing snacks?
Something like edamame (soybean curd) or something that is refreshing with a slight aromatic taste...?
