They use super soft water for brewing.
I was allowed to drink the brewing water, and it was a little different from what I expected.
Chikono-iwa Junmai Ginjyo Ginjyo Genshu Sakiori Tanada Rice Brewing
It has a dark, nutty, and unusual taste. The nose is a bit off-flavored.
Chikono-iwa Junmai Ginjo
The mouthfeel is soft and watery, with a strong acidity. It is light and refreshing. This one was easier to drink.
The label is kind of messy and hard to read💦.
Mr. Bouken seemed to want to get involved with SPAN, the Yoshimoto comedian 🤣.
