High fermentation and sour taste. If I were to use an analogy, I would say it has the flavor of plain yogurt without the sweetness. The aftertaste is dry and refreshing. I think it goes well with sweet snacks such as stewed pork cubes and simmered vegetables. It is interesting and delicious.
