Dewa no Sato 100% "Asterisk", a low-polished sake with 80% polishing ratio, is a rare dry junmai sake for Eiko Fuji.
At first, I could smell the glorious fuji.
Clean Drinking Mouth*.
It's smooth and dry on the inside*.
The aftermath lingers deeply for a moment and then gradually snaps out of it*.
Even though it's dry, it's +2, so it's easy to drink*.
As we eat.
I can't help but come on 💦*.
Today's ate seldom meets the glorious fuji.
Sashimi, red meat, salmon & scallops*
For a crisp, chilled asterisk.
It fit so well 😆*.
An asterisk "*" at the end of a word.
I put it all over the place 😁∗∗❗️
Tank number one.
Rice polishing ratio - 80%.
Sake degree: +2.0
Acidity: ・・・・・ 1.5
Amino acidity: 0.7
Alminium・・・・ 15.5
Yeast used: Yamagata yeast

Good evening, Mariponne!
Sake meter value +2 and acidity 1.5, which is my favorite specification!
And it's not all Daiginjo, it's all glorious Fuji Junmai sake.
I'd love to try it!
I'm going for the No. 1 stocking tank 😍
