According to my brother, it is a rare sake that is not well known even in Ehime.
Perhaps because it has been stored for a long time, it tastes more like brandy than sake. At first I was surprised at the difference from the sake I usually drink, but as I continued drinking, I realized that this was also possible.
I enjoyed the flavor and lingering aftertaste along with the chocolate.
