This is the Shinsei I've been longing for. It has a rich taste and a good acidity. The aftertaste is complex with a good balance of bitterness and sweetness. You will feel satisfied as if you are drinking multiple alcoholic beverages in one bottle. It is not too light and not too deep, so it is easy to drink and can be drunk many times.
