Long time no sake!
I couldn't bring myself to drink for almost three weeks due to a cold and the second round of vaccines (the side effects from the vaccines were by far the toughest).
Today's sake is one that I bought in Yamanashi. It's a hiyaoroshi, but the description says that it's been stored without heating. It is described as a raw sake.
It is crisp and refreshing, yet it has the fruity taste of raw sake. The acidity is strong, and the aftertaste is clean.
It's drinkable.
