しょう太This is a beautiful sake brewed with 80% Gohyakumangoku and low refining. Care must be taken when opening the bottle due to the slightly effervescent nature of the oli, but the bottle was opened without incident. The aroma is a mix of banana and grapefruit. Freshness sharpness and sweet mouthfeel. It was delicious as a food wine ^_^.
After 5 days of drinking, I tried drinking it warmed over human skin. It lost its fruity flavor and became ordinary. This sake is best enjoyed cold.
