The attack is fresh and slightly effervescent*.
The nose has white peach flavor, light acidity of lactic acid and beautiful sweetness*.
The aftertaste is also a lingering light sweetness, and it's delicious*.
The S is clearer, sweeter and more aromatic than the R type from the other day.
S is less clear than the Gaku Mizuno type from the other day, and has a complex fruity impression. It is interesting that Gaku Mizuno had depth with transparency＊.
S is delicious*.
A closer look at the tag shows that it was a mixture of Sake Komachi, Miyamanishiki, and Misanishiki*.
