This is a brand name of Nakano Sake Brewery in Handa City.
It is made from 100% sake brewing rice Ginpu.
Purchased at an Aeon in Konan City.
The aroma is a melon-type ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel is dominated by the sweetness and umami of the rice, which is balanced by a weak acidity.
The alcohol level is a little low (12 degrees), so it is easy to drink.
We are grateful to have found a good sake.
