I am a third generation Japanese living in Hawaii.  My first Sake, Dewazakura Ooka, started my quest to learn more about Sake.  Always tasting, always learning.

Surprisingly sweet with the favor of peach.  It has a thick mouth feel that coats your tongue but there is enough acid to quickly cleanse and shorten the aftertaste.
Great combination with canned iwashi nabe! 😁
