It has a simple taste with a strong sense of rice flavor. You can also feel the bitterness because of the strong taste of the rice.
I wondered if it would be like this if I added a little soy sauce and mirin to Tatenogawa. But I don't know.
I drank it cold, but I think it would be more powerful heated. My impressions are only for the chilled version.
