Quite delicious lacking in fruity character which is ok sometimes! Described as earthy but I didn’t taste this. A little woody perhaps? Smooth with little strong alcohol aftertaste which can be unpleasant. Enjoyed with homemade pasta bow tie noodles tossed with garlic, anchovy paste, olive oil, butter and ricotta cheese. Great with this! I will buy again.
