ヨシノリIt is a Junmai Daiginjo commemorating the 130th anniversary. It has a moderate aroma and a bit of sweetness in the mouth, but the aftertaste is dry and refreshing! It is dry but easy to drink!
I paired it with sashimi and the next day with hot pot and it was delicious 😊.
