ぜきおSake that was so good at the Niigata Sake-no-jin that I bought it without a second thought.
A low-alcohol sparkling. I drank it thinking, "Is it trendy these days? Oh, it's delicious 😆.
It has a strong sweetness and umami flavor, but not a sticky sweetness, and a refreshing aftertaste with a touch of acidity. I thought this would be her favorite so I bought it👍.
We drank it in a wine glass.
