chapeI think my wife wanted to try "Shinshu Kamerei" which I think she got from somewhere, so we went to the only place around here where we could buy it, Saito Sake Shop, and we bought this sake. I really have no luck with Shinshu Kamerei 😩Please sell it in Utsunomiya too 😭.
Hitomebore 100%, Polishing ratio 55%, Alcohol 15%. It was introduced to me as dry, but my wife said it wasn't too spicy😅It's hard to find a favorite 🤔I found it a little spicy and well-balanced sake for me 😊Thanks for the treat 🙏.
