仲本こうじA very cheap one cup, about 150 yen, Junmai.... I heated it up and had a cup.
First comes the umami, or mellow flavor. It has a solid taste that I can't believe for a sake of this price. As it was warmed, there was also an aroma at first, but at the end, it went away lightly and sparsely.
