There is almost no gasiness, and the strong ginjo yeast accentuates the umami. The aftertaste is quite sweet. The ginjo aroma is a little off-putting, but is it Kanazawa yeast?
This brewery is also involved in organic rice and produces a brand called "Akira" with the name of a farmer on it.
